β§ My prices are fixed. I will not haggle or lower my prices. Continuing to haggle/pressure me to lower it will get you a place on my private blacklist/block. I will also not work for exposure.
β§ I do not accept afterpay, but I will accept payment plans. I require half upfront and the last half when I'm finished with the art piece. I will not give you the unwatermarked version until paid in full. Half/Half only applies if the art piece(s) exceed 100+. I do not allow chargebacks or cancellations unless i'm personally unable to finish your order.
β§ I do not give refunds if paid with anything other than USD. Nonrefundable items include robux, discord nitro/shop items or toyhouse premium.
β§ My turntable + completion speed is usually 2 days. Depending on complexity, edits, communication + other factors, time can lengthen.
β§ I offer private commissions. I will ask if the client wishes their commission be posted after completion.
β§ The Sketch process begins after payment is thoroughly received or if the half is paid.
β¦ You must be 18+ to order a commission from me.
β¦ My watermark must not be attempted to be removed.
β¦ You/third party is not permitted to copy/trace the art piece/any progress pieces. Mild editing (e.g putting into a frame) is permitted.
β¦ By commissioning me, you acknowledge that I am a digital illustrator and there will not be any shipping of physical goods.
β¦ Credits to me (Β© neirkh) or a link tracing back to one of my socials must be explicitly given anytime the art is showcased.
β¦ By commissioning me, you acknowledge that I have the right to reject any commission request without disclosing the reason of rejection.
β¦ No one, commissioner or third party is allowed to mint my artwork as a NFT. My art; commissioned or personal, pre-existing or future made is not to be made into an NFT by any means. I do not condone the practice and strictly prohibit the use of my illustrations (commissioned or personal) to be used in AI training.
β¦ Payment must be sent through ko-fi/cashapp. Base price may raise if details are extensive. All commissioners are given three free edits, additional edits will cost $3 USD more.
β¦ All art created fall under personal usage. I do not offer commercial rights and by commissioning me, the commissioner acknowledges an agrees to not use the art piece for unauthorised monetary gain.
β¦ Do not ghost me, especially if there is a commission going on. If you are no longer interested and have not paid me (full OR half/half), kindly let me know. If you have paid me and I have sent updates regarding your commission, I expect communication.
